Complaints procedure

Although we at Rijschool Zomer do our utmost to make your training as comfortable and good as possible, it is always possible that you do not agree with something, that you have a complaint, or a suggestion for improvement.
In order to make this complaint handling as structured as possible, you will find below our complaint procedure. First we will ask you to always send the complaint or suggestion by E-mail or registered mail. This takes some extra energy from you, but it also has advantages; for example, the management of Rijschool Zomer has:
- Time to really look at the substance of your complaint or suggestions,
- Conduct research with the appropriate department,
- The time and space to achieve the best possible solution for both parties,
- The ability to e-mail the complaint or suggestion back to you.
- Always send your complaint or suggestion by e-mail to info@rijschoolzomer.nl or by registered mail to our headquarters in Utrecht. The address details can be found on our website.
- Upon After the receipt of your E-mail or registered letter, you will receive confirmation of receipt from Rijschool zomer within 24 hours.
- Your complaint will be handled confidentially at all times by the management of Rijschool Zomer.
- At that time we will maintain a response time of maximum 10 working days. We will use this time to create a good and realistic picture of the situation regarding the complaint and to determine which solution best fits the received complaint.
- Within a maximum of 10 working days we will respond to your complaint. We always do this by e-mail. This gives you a quick, clear and black on white answer to your question, complaint or suggestion.
- If we cannot reach a solution together, I will refer you to our independent third party: The Dispute Commission for Private Educational Institutions, more
information can be found at: thedegeschillencommissie.nl . - The ruling of this independent third party is binding on both parties.
- Complaints are kept confidential and retained at all times for a period of 1 year (12 months)
